The Southtyrolean cuisine combines the traditional alpine cuisine with mediterranean classics of the Italian cuisine. Our chef Robert and his team spoil you every day with creative and uncomplicated dishes made of simple and regional ingredients – because sometimes the special things can be found in the simplicity.


Enjoy in the morning our varied breakfast buffet with fresh bread, homemade jam, crispy cornflakes, colourful fruitsalads, different juices and a varied selection of Southtyrolean cheeses and cold cuts. Our kitchenteam prepares also everyday different cakes and strudel for you!

In the evening you enjoy a 4 course menu with a varied buffet of seasonal salads and vegetables. We offer also a variety of themed dinner evenings, just like the Thyrolean evening, the Italian evening and the candlelight-gala-dinner.
